Field Service Software Price Changes

Vendors change prices quietly. This log records every change we observe on their own pages, dated the day we saw it. Entries are never backdated, batched or invented to look active. A quiet month here means prices held, which is also information.

Where each vendor's pricing stands today

6 of 10 vendors publish prices; the rest quote through a sales call. The latest readings of each vendor's own pricing page were taken between September 5, 2026 and September 15, 2026; every data page shows its own date.

Housecall Pro's MAX extra-user price dropped to $35

Our September 5, 2026 reading of Housecall Pro's pricing page recorded extra users at $100/mo on Essentials and $75/mo on MAX. On September 15, 2026 the page shows '$35/mo per additional user' on MAX, with 8 users included, and no extra-user price for Essentials or Basic. Plan prices are unchanged: Basic $59/mo billed annually or $79 month to month, Essentials $149 or $189, MAX $299 or $329. Seat math on this site now uses $35 on MAX and no longer prices Essentials past its five included users.

    Workiz removed published pricing

In August 2026 Workiz published prices for its Standard, Pro and Ultimate tiers. As of September 5, 2026 the pricing page shows no dollar figures: all three tiers are demo-gated, and the billing unit is no longer stated. The only number left on the page is a 'save $400+' annual-billing claim. Workiz pages on this site now show 'unpublished' instead of stale figures.
